The Premium Listing Video is ideal for luxury homes over $800k that are 100% showing ready! We spend a lot more time on location making sure that every detail is properly captured leaving a viewer knowing not only what the property looks like, but what it feels like to live there! The footage gets sent to our most experienced editors who make sure the color, transitions, and sound design are just right!
Typically the Premium video runs between 2-3 minutes. While we can film it vertically, we recommend pairing a horizontal Premium Listing Video with our Premium Social Media Reel!
